Ingredients:

  • 100g white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
