Here’s a simple white chocolate sauce recipe by grams:

Ingredients:

  • 200g white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 120ml heavy cream
  • 30g unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chopped white chocolate and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
