Here’s a simple recipe for vanilla sauce by grams:

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams whole milk
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 4 grams cornstarch
  • 2 grams vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, mix together the sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Gradually whisk in the milk to ensure a smooth mixture.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Once thickened, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Allow the vanilla sauce to cool before serving.
