Ingredients:
- 300g fresh raspberries
- 100g granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the raspberries break down and the sugar dissolves.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Strain the sauce through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds, pressing down to extract all the liquid.
