Here’s a simple recipe for parsnip puree:

Ingredients:

  • 500g parsnips, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil the chopped parsnips in a pot of salted water until tender.
  2. Drain the parsnips and transfer them to a blender or food processor.
  3. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth, adjusting the consistency with more milk if needed.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
  6. Serve the parsnip puree warm as a side dish.
