Here’s a simple kiwi puree recipe by grams:

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of ripe kiwi
  • 30 grams of sugar (adjust according to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Peel and dice the ripe kiwi into small pieces.
  2. Place the diced kiwi in a blender.
  3. Add sugar to the blender.
  4. Blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth puree.
  5. Taste and adjust sugar if needed.
  6. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds, if desired.
  7. Transfer the kiwi puree to a clean, airtight container.

You can use this puree for various purposes, such as adding it to smoothies, desserts, or as a topping.
