Here’s a simple guava puree recipe by grams:

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of ripe guavas, peeled and diced
  • 50 grams of sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 30 grams of lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Peel and dice the ripe guavas, removing seeds if desired.
  2. In a blender, combine the diced guavas, sugar, and lemon juice.
  3. Blend until you achieve a smooth puree consistency.
  4. Taste the puree and adjust the sugar if needed.
  5. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds or fibers.
  6. Transfer the strained guava puree to a clean container.
  7. Refrigerate the puree for a few hours before using or serve it immediately.
