Here’s a simple recipe for garlic cream sauce:

Ingredients:

  • 50g butter
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for added flavor

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, but be careful not to brown it.
  3. Sprinkle the flour over the melted butter and garlic, stirring constantly to create a roux. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until it’s a light golden color.
  4. Slowly whisk in the heavy cream, making sure to eliminate any lumps.
  5. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens, usually within 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add grated Parmesan cheese at this point if desired.
  7. Once the sauce reaches your desired consistency, remove it from heat.

This garlic cream sauce is versatile and can be used with pasta, chicken, vegetables, or as a dipping sauce. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences. Enjoy!
