Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
