Creamy dill sauce

Here’s a simple recipe for dill cream sauce:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the heavy cream until it simmers but does not boil.
  2. Stir in the chopped dill, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, stirring well.
  5. Continue to simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool for a moment before serving.

This dill cream sauce pairs well with fish, chicken, or vegetables. Enjoy!
