Here’s a simple beetroot puree recipe by grams:

Ingredients:

  • 300g beetroot, peeled and chopped
  • 50g water
  • 10g olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Steam the chopped beetroot until it’s fork-tender, usually around 15-20 minutes.
  2. Transfer the steamed beetroot to a blender.
  3. Add water, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. If needed, adjust the consistency by adding more water gradually.
  6. Taste and adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
  7. Serve the beetroot puree as a side dish or use it as a base for various recipes.
