Ingredients:
- 2 large beetroots, washed and peeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, thinly slice the beetroots. Thinner slices will result in crispier chips.

- Arrange the beet slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
