- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- 3 Thai bird chilies, smashed (adjust to taste)
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce

Instructions:
- In a pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and Thai bird chilies. Sauté for a minute to release the flavors.
