Healthy oats and berry smoothie

here’s a simple and healthy oats and berry smoothie recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine rolled oats and almond milk. Blend until oats are finely ground.
  2. Add mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using) to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Pour into a glass, add ice cubes if desired, and enjoy your nutritious oats and berry smoothie!
