CHOCOLATE WALNUT BROWNIE

To make chocolate walnut brownies for four servings, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
