Certainly! Here’s a simple Chicken Hariyali (Green Chicken) recipe for 4 servings:

Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 lemon (juiced)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, yogurt, and blend until you get a smooth green paste.
  2. Marinate the chicken with this green paste, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and lemon juice. Let it marinate for at least 1-2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator for better flavors.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken, and cook on medium heat until the chicken is cooked through and the masala is well-cooked. Stir occasionally.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.

  • Marination: 1-2 hours (or overnight)
  • Cooking: Approximately 20-25 minutes
