To make Thai sticky mango rice for four servings, you’ll typically need:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups glutinous rice
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ripe mangoes (sliced)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the glutinous rice until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the rice using a steamer or rice cooker.
