NEPALI HAASKO(DUCK) CHHOILA
To make Nepali Hasko Choila with a yield for four times the standard recipe, you’ll need:
Ingredients:
- 4 cups boneless duck , cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
