MANGO LASSI
Mango Lassi Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine diced mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sugar if needed.
- If you prefer a colder lassi, add ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour the mango lassi into glasses.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Yield: 4 servings
