Mango Lassi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine diced mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sugar if needed.
  4. If you prefer a colder lassi, add ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Pour the mango lassi into glasses.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Yield: 4 servings

Total Time: Approximately 10 minutes
