HEALTHY OATMEAL RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup low-fat milk (or a plant-based alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and chopped nuts.
  2. Pour in the milk and add honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix well and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight for a creamier texture.
  4. Before serving, top with fresh berries.
