PRAWN COCKTAIL RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 200g cooked and peeled prawns
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
  2. Season the sauce with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  3. Add the cooked prawns to the sauce and gently toss until the prawns are well coated.
  4. Refrigerate the prawn mixture for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on plates and top with the prawn mixture.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges.
