Greenpea puree recipe

Ingredients:
- 300g green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion (about 100g), chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 150ml vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Add green peas and vegetable broth to the pan. Simmer for about 8-10 minutes or until peas are tender.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If the puree is too thick, you can add a bit more vegetable broth until you reach your desired consistency.
