here’s a simple green pea puree recipe by grams:

Ingredients:

  • 300g green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion (about 100g), chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 150ml vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add green peas and vegetable broth to the pan. Simmer for about 8-10 minutes or until peas are tender.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. If the puree is too thick, you can add a bit more vegetable broth until you reach your desired consistency.
