Here’s a simple carrot puree recipe by grams:

Ingredients:

  • 500g carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 30g unsalted butter
  • 60ml milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil the chopped carrots until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
  2. Drain the carrots and transfer them to a blender.
  3. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust the consistency with more milk if needed.
  6. Serve warm as a side dish or baby food.
