Here’s a simple pumpkin puree recipe by grams:

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg pumpkin

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the pumpkin into small, manageable pieces, removing the seeds and skin.
  3. Place the pumpkin pieces on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes or until the pumpkin is tender.
  5. Once roasted, let the pumpkin cool slightly.
  6. Scoop out the flesh and transfer it to a food processor.
  7. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  8. Measure out the desired amount of pumpkin puree in grams.
