Here’s a simple passionfruit puree recipe by grams:

Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh passionfruit pulp (approximately 8-10 passionfruits)
  • 50g granulated sugar (adjust according to your taste preference)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the passionfruits in half and scoop out the pulp.
  2. Strain the passionfruit pulp to remove seeds, if desired.
  3. Weigh 200g of the strained passionfruit pulp.
  4. In a saucepan, combine the passionfruit pulp and sugar.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the sugar dissolves.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.
  7. Let the passionfruit puree cool before transferring it to a jar or container.
