Here’s a simple recipe for pomegranate sauce:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, sugar, and lemon juice.
  2. Stir the mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool.
  5. Once cooled, transfer the pomegranate sauce to a jar or container and refrigerate.
