Raspberry sauce recipe

Here’s a simple raspberry sauce recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 300g fresh raspberries
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the raspberries break down and the sugar dissolves.
  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  5. Strain the sauce through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds, pressing down to extract all the liquid.
  6. Allow the sauce to cool completely before serving.
