Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine rolled oats and almond milk. Blend until oats are finely ground.
- Add mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and honey (if using) to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
