To make Nepali Hasko Choila with a yield for four times the standard recipe, you’ll need:

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups boneless duck , cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons mustard oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 4 teaspoons red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped green onions and cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in mustard oil, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for better flavor.
  2. Grill or roast the marinated chicken until it’s fully cooked and has a smoky flavor. You can use a grill, oven, or stovetop for this step.
  3. Once cooked, chop the grilled chicken into smaller pieces.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
  5. Serve Hasko Choila as an appetizer or side dish. Enjoy!

For a yield four times the recipe, simply multiply each ingredient quantity by four. Adjust the seasoning according to taste preferences.
